 Bezel Setting

The chic bezel setting encircles a central diamond with a thin metal rim custom-made to hold the diamond tightly in place. The bezel setting is how secure the stone will remain within it. The metal wraps around the gemstone or diamond makes it almost impossible to remove without damaging the setting or the stone itself. Bezel settings are simple enough to work with any style of diamond or gemstone, making them highly versatile

 Prong Setting

Also known as the solitaire or claw setting, the prong setting is a classic for diamond engagement rings. It secures the diamond with claws (prongs), allowing maximum light to pass through, enhancing its brilliance. Four-prong settings give a geometric look, while six-prong settings add a floral or lace-like elegance. This setting shows off the entire diamond and is widely used for solitaires and single gemstones. It’s one of the safest settings in terms of quality.

Channel Setting

In a channel setting, smaller diamonds are set into a groove or channel in the ring band, with a thin metal strip visible on each side. The diamonds are held between vertical metal walls, creating a sleek, continuous look without metal separating the stones. This setting offers excellent security and durability, making it ideal for engagement rings and wedding bands.

Tension Setting

A tension setting uses the pressure of the metal band to hold the diamond in place, giving the illusion that it’s floating between the two sides of the shank. This modern setting allows more of the diamond to be visible without excess metal, creating a unique, eye-catching look.

Flush Setting

Similar to the bezel setting, the flush setting is modern and minimal. Only the crown of the diamond is exposed, with the table nearly level with the surrounding metal. This makes it a durable option, ideal for smaller stones and perfect for those with an active lifestyle, as the diamond is less likely to scratch or catch on objects.

Pavé Setting

In a pavé setting, small diamonds or gemstones are set closely together, secured by tiny metal beads, creating a surface that appears encrusted with diamonds. This setting offers maximum sparkle at a lower cost and is highly durable, as it has no claws to get damaged. It’s ideal for bands and creates a continuous line of brilliance.

Cluster Setting

The cluster setting features a group of small diamonds or gemstones set closely together to create the illusion of a larger stone. Popular styles include flower, halo, and geometric designs. This setting gives a larger stone appearance at a lower cost, making it an affordable option for jewellery with gemstones.

Pressure Setting

The pressure setting, also called the coronet setting, is a circular setting with high prongs resembling a crown. The prongs hold the stone securely while raising its profile, making it an ideal choice for mid-range engagement rings.

Miracle Setting

A miracle setting uses a shiny metal plate around the girdle of the diamond to create the illusion of a larger centre stone. This setting reduces diamond weight by approximately 80%, making it more affordable while increasing the gold weight by about 15%. It’s a great option for those seeking a budget-friendly piece with a modern look.

Invisible Setting

In the invisible setting, grooves in each diamond’s girdle fit into a hidden metal framework, making the diamonds appear larger and uninterrupted. This setting maximizes the stone’s face and is ideal for larger stones, especially in tennis bracelets
